                        Purchase of medical equipment
The object of the order is the purchase of medical apparatus broken down into the following parts:
PACKAGE 1 – CLOSED AND OPEN INCUBATOR
PACKAGE 2 – INTEGRATED ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHY APPARATUS
PACKAGE 3 – TRANSCUTANEOUS MEASUREMENT MONITOR
PACKAGE 4 – WIRELESS CTG
PACKAGE 5 – TRANSCUTANEOUS BILIRUBIN DEVICE
PACKAGE 6 – OPERATING LIGHT
PACKAGE 7 – RADIANT HEATER
The Contractor may offer only products with the CE mark that have been approved for marketing and use in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974).
The performance of the subject matter of the contract covered by the present proceedings is covered by co-financing from the targeted subsidy of the Ministry of Health for investment purchases under the agreement concluded on 09.10.2023.

PACKAGE 1 - CLOSED AND OPEN INCUBATOR

The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor grants a warranty period of at least 24 months for the contract provided by the Contractor as part of the subject matter of the contract

PACKAGE 2 – INTEGRATED ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHY APPARATUS
Description of the subject matter of the contract included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference – price form with technical parameters.
The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor grants a warranty period of at least 24 months for the contract provided by the Contractor as part of the subject matter of the contract
