1. The subject of the contract is the Assessment of the impact of the implementation of conservation activities on the conservation status of natural habitats in Natura 2000 – 4 lots, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2. The contract is carried out as part of the implementation of the project POIS.02.04.00-00-0108/16 "Protection of habitats and species of non-forest areas dependent on water" co-financed by the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment under Measure 2.4 Nature protection and ecological education under Priority Axis II Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change.

3. Due to the establishment of plans of conservation tasks for Natura 2000 areas, in accordance with the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act, it is necessary to carry out the conservation activities planned in the above-mentioned plans.

4. Working documents and final documents created during the implementation of the contract must be marked with the logos of POIŚ, GDOŚ, RDOŚ in Olsztyn and the EU.

Impact of the implementation of conservation measures on the state of conservation of natural habitats in the Natura 2000 area Mazurskie Bagna PLH280054 for natural habitats: 7110, 7140, 7230, with a total area of approx. 34.00 ha (approx. 6 lobes), Okartowo precinct, Orzysz commune, Piski poviat and Jagodne Wielkie precinct, Miłki commune, Giżycko poviat.

The Ordering Party does not have designated control points. Points should be determined in accordance with the PMŚ methodology on the basis of the location of natural habitats, constituting Annex 1 to the OPZ.

Impact of the implementation of conservation activities on the state of conservation of natural habitats in the Natura 2000 area Mazurskie Bagna PLH280054 for natural habitats 7140, 7230, 6410, 6510 with a total area of approx. 49.20 ha (approx. 27 lobes), Cierzpięty and Okartowo precincts, Orzysz commune, Piski poviat.

The Ordering Party does not have designated control points. Points should be determined in accordance with the PMŚ methodology on the basis of the location of natural habitats, constituting Annex 2 to the OPZ.

Impact of the implementation of conservation measures on the state of conservation of natural habitats in the Natura 2000 area Ostoja Napiwodzko-Ramucka PLH280052 for natural habitat 7140 with a total area of approx. 66.56 ha (approx. 23 lobes), Szczytno commune, Szczytno poviat.

The Ordering Party does not have designated control points. The points should be determined in accordance with the PMŚ methodology on the basis of the tabular list contained in point 3 of Annex 1 to the SWZ OPZ and on the basis of the location of the natural habitat, constituting Annex 3 to the OPZ.

Impact of the implementation of conservation measures on the state of conservation of natural habitats in the Natura 2000 area Ostoja Napiwodzko-Ramucka PLH280052 for natural habitats 7110, 7140, 7230 with a total area of approx. 45.89 ha (approx. 18 lobes), communes: Pasym, Olsztynek, Purda, Jedwabno, Wielbark, Szczytno, powiat: Olsztyn, Szczycieński.
