This Tender Document has been drawn up for the benefit of the public European tender: “Stimulating Supervision in the context of the supervision and enforcement of energy savings at companies”. This Tender Document serves as a guideline and standardization of the Tenders. With this, the OFGV aims to assess the Tenders in an objective manner. In addition, the Tender Document provides insight into the Assignment, the procedure to be followed and the way in which the tenders are assessed.

The purpose of the tender is to award the Assignment for the provision of the three desired modules, incl. Related Services, and the delivery of Additional Services on demand for a maximum period of ten years.
