We want to use an organisation that works with consultants with strong C&B experience and knowledge of tax and social security law, and who:

- can provide knowledge and support to projects related to the management and implementation of B&W projects in an international environment;

- can provide advice and practical assistance in resolving individual personnel situations related to the exercise of an activity abroad and to deal with tax and social security law issues.

We want to use an organization composed of consultants with solid experience in B&B and able to provide knowledge and support in projects related to the management and implementation of C&B projects in an international environment, with good knowledge of tax law and social security law, and who can also concretely manage individual issues related to an overseas assignment:

• provision of ad hoc advice in connection with the sending of employees to our various countries - analysis of the consequences (taxation, social security, etc.) and development of the necessary concrete solutions;

• provision of ad hoc advice and concrete resolution of Compensation & Benefits issues inherent in the start-up of employees in a new country for Enabel;

• redesign of the policy on workers' mobility to be considered at international and regional level – in support of the ongoing project in this area – by providing the necessary expertise;

• strengthening the attractiveness of salary and working conditions while working creatively on the legally binding framework of a hybrid organisation such as Enabel;

• development of salary scales 7 and 8 for all countries (to complement current salary grids);

• revision and development of a wage indexation mechanism to make it possible to constantly adapt salary scales to changes in the cost of living (if possible proactively).

• Support for projects related to wage policy (insurance policies, attractiveness for female employees, etc.)
