The duration of the contract is set at 48 (forty-eight) months from the date of delivery of each individual vehicle.

Art. 106 paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, so the duration of the contract may be extended for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of the new contractor. In this case, the contractor is obliged to perform the services provided for in the contract at the same prices, agreements and conditions or more favourable to the contracting authority.
