The aim of the procurement is to enter into new parallel framework agreements for research and review assignments. The services requested are divided into three assignment types, and individual sub-contests will be held for each assignment type. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or several of the assignment types/sub-contracts.

Call-offs on the contract will be carried out by mini competitions in the individual assignment type.

The contracts will be binding for the Directorate of Labour and Welfare. In some cases other units in NAV can make call-offs on the contracts, with assistance from the R&D section.

The contracts will apply from when they are signed, and will have different durations due to evaluation considerations: Assignment type 1: 2 years. Assignment type 2: 1 year and 10 months. Assignment type 3: 1 year and 11 months. The contracts will have the same final date however. The contracting authority (the Customer) has an option to extend the contract for an additional 1+ 1 year.

This sub-contract is for assignment type 1 - evaluations, mapping, and analyses.
