The subject of this public procurement procedure is the provision of services for the collection, disposal, utilisation and management of municipal solid waste from approx. 6 851 residential properties (on average 30 per 1 km2) with single-family and multi-family housing. The Contractor shall receive a detailed list of properties covered by the contract on the day of conclusion of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the SWZ. An integral part of the description of the subject of the contract are the provisions of the model contract, which is an annex to the SWZ.

The estimated weight of waste that can be collected and managed during the term of the contract is:
1. approx. 1 720,00 Mg of non-segregated waste, according to code 20 03 01.
2. approx. 610.00 Mg of waste from plastic and metal packaging, according to code 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 20 01 39, 20 01 40.
3. approx. 430.00 Mg waste from glass packaging and glass according to code 20 01 02, 15 01 07.
4. approx. 120.00 Mg of waste - paper and cardboard packaging, according to code 20 01 01.15 01 01.
5. Approx. 650,00 Mg ash from households, according to code 20 01 99.
6. Approx. 250,00 mg biodegradable waste, according to code 20 01 08, 20 02 01,
7. approx. 100.00 Mg bulky waste,
8. approx. 30.00 MG electrical and electronic waste.
Estimated weight of waste that can be delivered to PSZOK; (and collected once a year from residents concerns points 2 and 8):
1. about 250.00 MG of BI0 waste returned to PSZOK according to code 20 02 01.
2. approx. 100.00 Mg bulky waste, according to code 20 03 07.
3. approx. 240.00 Mg construction waste concrete, rubble, according to code 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03.
4. approx. 36.00 Mg waste used tyres, according to code 16 01 03.
5. approx. 20.00 Mg clothing, according to code 20 01 10, 20 01 11.
6. approx. 3,00 Mg chemicals, according to code 20 01 28.
7. Approx. 0,01 Mg medicines, according to code 20 01 32, 20 01 31.
8. approx. 50.00 Mg electrical and electronic waste, according to code 20 01 35.
9. approx. 20.00 Mg of waste plastic and metal packaging,
10. approx. 50,00 Mg glass,
11. approx. 20,00 mg cardboard
12. approx. 5,00 Mg, household ashes
The above data on the amount of real estate and the amount of waste generated may change as a result of the settlement of new buildings or depopulation and as a result of reducing the generation of waste by residents. A detailed list of properties covered by the contract will be received by the Contractor on the day of conclusion of the contract.
On the agreed day of waste collection in individual towns, residents will deliver slot containers and bags to communication routes.
Unsegregated (mixed) waste will be collected in containers with a capacity of 120 and 240 liters, and segregated waste in bags with a capacity of 80 to 120 liters of different colors. Ash will be collected in metal containers with a capacity of 110 l and in black bags, while BIO in containers with a capacity of 120 and 240 liters and in brown bags.
The new properties will be reported to the contractor on an ongoing basis during the contract.
