Bodø municipality shall carry out minor reconstruction works and renovation of former Vollen nursing home. The building shall be used as temporary office work places while the New City Hall in Bodø is being built. The employees that have their current office work places in the existing City Hall and in the former Norge bank's premises shall be relocated to the former Vollen nursing home which shall be used while the New City Hall is being built. The objective is to gather the administration in Bodø municipality to 1 location.

This tender notice includes HVAC technical systems which mainly involve reconstruction from a nursing home to an office building. It involves dismantling of some sanitary installations in connection with readjusting bedrooms into offices. The scope of the new equipment in relation to the sanitary installations is limited. The works in connection with the heating system include dismantling circuits to ventilation generators and new coupling of new generators. The scope of the dismantling is given in dismantling sketches that are attached the tender documents.
