The object of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as late as the “Forests Act”) covering work on forest farming and conservation, logging and breaking of timber and landscaping of tourism and seed, to be carried out in the area of Świętoszów Forest District in 2022.

The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject is preliminary in the Terms of the Order Specification. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject will be specified in the Order referred to in the SWZ, provided that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.
