The assignment includes the design, construction and maintenance (for a period of 9 years) of a new short-stay departure centre in Steenokkerzeel. The assignment is written out in the form of a Design, Build and Maintenance assignment and includes both works and services. The Contract shall be placed under a competition procedure with negotiation on the basis of Article 38, §1, 1°, b) and c). In the 1st phase, the selection guide will be published. In the selection decision, a maximum of 5 candidates will be selected who will then receive the award guidance.
