North West Leicestershire District Council (NWLDC) wishes to sell its recyclable commodities (glass, paper, cardboard, plastics and steel and aluminium cans) on an ex-works ‘buyer collects’ basis. NWLDC collects dry recyclables from approximately 40 000 households on a fortnightly basis. Additional tonnage may also be provided to North West Leicestershire District Council by Leicestershire County Council and Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council.
