Special specifications for coaching, outplacement and coaching training services

This training path consists of 3 levels:

• Basic level: the basic skills of the coach;

• Level 1 – individual coaching: continue to develop as a coach;

• Level 2 – individual coaching: become a senior coach.

Through this lot, we are looking for outplacement coaches. The aim is to enable the person whose employment has ended to find employment with a new employer as soon as possible or to resume self-employment as soon as possible.

• Offer internal coaches trained or in training, formal exchanges in groups or individually, in order to develop their know-how and know-how as a coach.

• For internal coaches engaged in the Lumen coaching certification process, supervision will aim to validate the skills acquired and attest to self-reflection on the practice.
