The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal services consisting of the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and properties on which summer houses are located, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year from the city and commune of Ślesin in a manner in accordance with applicable law and equipping the property with the quantity and types of bags required by the Employer
1) The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal services consisting of the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of residential properties and properties on which summer houses are located, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year from the city and commune of Ślesin in a manner consistent with applicable law and furnishing the property with the quantities and types of bags required by the Employer.

The amount of waste given is estimated and should be treated as approximate, because it may change according to the actual needs of the Employer.
2) The subject of the contract also includes:
Organization and operation of PSZOK Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points, whose location should be agreed in advance with the Employer. Two Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points will be conducted in Ślesin City and Commune. One in the city of Ślesin, the other in Licheń Stary or nearby.
