The contest is for the delivery of of a hook lift vehicle.

The value of the contract is approx. NOK 2,300,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this procurement.

The contracting authority reserves the right to accept all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contracting authority shall enter one contract. The contract is expected to be entered 2021-12-06.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
