The subject of the order is:

1) ordering the database of the system used to conduct the Poviat Geodetic and Cartographic Resource - FB Center, in the scope of unification of the dictionary of assortments of surveying reports and elimination of factual errors arising over the years;

2) developing a methodology for the archiving process of surveying resource surveys, including the method of collecting and naming archived documents and organization of document flow for the digitization of current surveys;

3) preparation of the method of scanning digital collections of documents collected in the poviat geodetic and cartographic resource in Pińczów in accordance with the methodology proposed by the Contractor;

4) supplying, in accordance with the methodology proposed by the Contractor, scanned documents of the FB Center system databases, with simultaneous supplementation of information regarding the plot and raster scope and updating of the assortment of the declaration assigned to the survey.
