1.Scope of the order includes: 1) the delivery of 180 pieces of bicycles connected by a system with complete equipment, including: (a) 10 pieces of cargo bicycles (including: 1 pc to the Municipality of Chełm, 1 pc to the Municipality of Kamień),

b) 5 pcs of tandem bicycles, (c) 15 pcs of classic bicycles with a seat (including: 2 pcs to the Municipality of Chełm, 1 pc to the Municipality of Kamień), d) 140 pcs of classic bicycles with basket-on basic equipment (including: 17 pcs to the Municipality of Chełm, 8 pcs to the Municipality of Kamień), (e) 10 pcs of classic bicycles with basket-on reserve equipment; 2) hardening and landscaping for bicycle stations; 3) delivery and installation of modular passive bicycle racks at 17 stations with 15 parking spaces, enabling any configuration of racks, including at 14 stations located on the territory of the city of Chełm, 2 stations in the territory of the municipality of Chełm and 1 station in the territory of the municipality of Kamień; 4) a service of management and comprehensive operation of the system

1. Detailed description of the object of the order, constituted: 1) a detailed description of the object of the contract - “Municipal and Municipal Bike System in the Chełm Functional Area” (Annex No 1 to SWZ);

2) the object of construction works (Annex No 2 to SWZ); 3) technical specification for the performance and reception of construction works (Annex 3 to SWZ); 4) maps (Annex 4 to SWZ); 5) the designed provisions of the contract (Annex 5 to SWZ) .2.Date of execution of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract to 15 December 2021. The deadline for the delivery and commissioning of the city and municipal bicycle system is fixed up to 45 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
