1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law to:

1) the facilities located within the municipality of Stare Babice — Part 1 of the order;

2) facilities located in the Leszno municipality – part 2 of the contract;

3) facilities of the Municipal Enterprise Eko-Babice Sp. z o.o. – part 3 of the contract;

2. Electricity will be supplied to the Contracting Authority's energy consumption points (including the budget units of the Municipality of Stare Babice and the Municipality of Leszno), indicated in separate appendices to the Terms of Reference for each Contracting Authority.

3. The estimated amount of energy for each part during the period of implementation of the contract shall be:

(1) for lot 1 – 6 827 324 kWh;

(2) for lot 2 – 3 368 860 kWh;

(3) for lot 3 – 6 375 970 kWh;

2. The budgetary units referred to in the above point shall include:

1) Budget units of the Municipality of Old Babice:

(a) Elementary School in Koczargs Old,

b) Primary School in Stary Babice,

c) The Kindergarten School in Borzęcin Large,

d) Elementary School in Zielonki Parceli,

e) Kindergarten in Old Babice,

f) Kindergarten in Jasiński's Scar,

(g) Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre;

3. The estimated amount of energy for individual parts during the contract period is: for lot no. 1 – 6,827,324 kWh;

2. The budgetary units referred to in the above point shall include:

1) The budget units of the Municipality of Leszno:

(a) Primary School in Leszno,

(b) Primary School in Zaborov,

c) Public Kindergarten in Zaborowo,

d) Public Kindergarten in Leszno.

3. The estimated amount of energy for individual parts during the contract period is: for lot no. 2 – 3,368,860 kWh;
