The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, tourism development (Packages II-IV), and hunting and meadow farming (Package V) to be carried out in the Warcino Forest District in the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 (2020 applies to packages II and IV, 2021 applies only to package IV). The place of performance of the contract will be the administrative area of the Warcino Forest District. The implementation of the works included in the subject of the order for individual Packages will take place in the forestry area - appropriate for the given Package.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as tourist development, resulting from Annex 3.II to the ToR.

The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract involving the acquisition and logging of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended).

The estimated value of the contract indicated in point II.2.6 (below) is the sum of: the basic contract (net order value plus the option right at 20%) and the anticipated contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.

The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract involving the acquisition and logging of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended).

The estimated value of the contract indicated in point II.2.6 (below) is the sum of: the basic contract (net order value plus the option right at 20%) and the anticipated contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.

The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract involving the acquisition and logging of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended).

Services in the field of hunting and meadow farming in the Warcino Forest District. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of hunting and meadow-farming, resulting from Annex 3.V to the ToR, i.e. works in the field of cultivating pasture, soil, meadows, feeding of animals, organization of hunting in OHZ, maintenance of hunting plots , construction of new hunting equipment, maintenance of hunting equipment, works in the field of securing agricultural crops against hunting damage, preparation of wild boars, deer antlers, deer and fallow deer trophies, as well as transport of animals.

The estimated value of the contract indicated in point II.2.6 (below) is the sum of: the basic contract (net order value plus the option right at 20%) and the anticipated contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.
