Hedmark Trafikk FKF (the Contracting Authority) is holding an open tender competition for passenger transport by passenger car/minibus for up to 16 passengers in Østerdalen (Elverum, Trysil, Engerdal, Rendalen, Åmot,Stor-Elvdal, Folldal, Alvdal, Tynset, Tolga and Os Municipalities).

The contract period will be 4 years, with an option for an extension for up to two (2) years. The estimated value is 17 000 000 NOK per annum.

Østerdalen is currently served by a framework agreement with Taxi Hedmark AS for all vehicle categories. This framework agreement expires on 30.6.2019.

The framework agreement covers, amongst other things, the following types of transport assignments:

— Ordinary school transport,

— Special facilitated school transport,

— Booked and service routes,

— Goods transport (cf. Mobility, see point 1.4 in the document Procedure Rules).

The assignments will be driven with vehicles with 4 to 16 seats, depending on the need and vehicle for transporting persons who sit in a wheelchair. The passenger transport must be available every day of the year, however most of the assignments will be on school days, with a large degree of simultaneity with several simultaneous assignments in the morning and afternoon.
