Siikajoki Municipality requests offers for textbooks and related accompanying materials for the period from 1 February 2022 to 30 November 2022 + option years 1+1.
There are 5 primary education schools on the territory of Siikajoki Municipality with a total of 840 pupils (includes the number of pre-school pupils 60) as well as a secondary school with 50 pupils.
The target of the acquisition is:
• Finnish textbooks for preschool, primary education and secondary school and related accompanying materials incl. electronic learning materials
• Swedish language preschool, primary education and secondary school textbooks and related accompanying materials incl. electronic learning materials
• Textbooks in other languages and related accompanying materials, incl. electronic learning materials
Questions relating to the tender are to be sent by 12:00 a.m. on December 10, 2021.
Tenders must be submitted by 12:00pm on December 21, 2021.

Questions relating to the tender are to be sent by 12:00 a.m. on December 10, 2021. Questions should be sent from the Vendor Portal of Tikansservice.fi. The answers to the questions are also found in the same place.
In order to ensure equal treatment of tenderers, the questions otherwise asked will not be answered.
If the tenderer notices any ambiguity or contradiction in the invitation to tender or if any of the matters raised in the invitation to tender is open to interpretation, the tenderer shall be obliged to raise the matter by submitting a specific question.
When making the offer, the tenderer shall take into account the above questions and the answers given to them, as they contain the latest information regarding the tender offer.
Tenders must be submitted by 12:00pm on December 21, 2021.
The competitive system automatically closes at 12:00:00. After automatic closures, the system does not accept late offers (12:00:00).
Offers shall be sent electronically from the supplier portal of Tenders at https://tarjouspalvelu.fi/raahe No other means shall be accepted.
The tenderer shall only download the attachments requested in the invitation to tender (if the tenderer has downloaded documents and explanations other than the requested ones, they may result in rejection of the offer due to contradictions in them).
