Broadland Development Services (BDS) intends to commission a framework agreement with Quantity Surveyors/Employers Agents who have the ability to support its housing development programme for a 2 year period. This agreement may be extended for a further 2 years at the discretion of BDS.

BDS has a requirement for quantity surveying/employers agent services for rural and urban housing development schemes.
