The subject of the contract is the comprehensive cleaning of rooms with a total area of 13,121 m2 in the premises and buildings of the Częstochowa City Hall (including the service of conference rooms) and the areas around them with a total area of 8,383 m2 in the period of 12 months of 2024 (but no later than 31.12.2024).

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (including the scope of work and activities) and the requirements of the contracting authority shall include a model contract set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for rooms with a total area of 13,121 m2 in the premises and buildings of the Częstochowa City Hall (including the service of conference rooms) and the areas around them with a total area of 8,383 m2 for the period of 12 months of 2024 (but no later than 31.12.2024).

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (including the scope of work and activities) and the requirements of the contracting authority shall include a model contract set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2. On the basis of Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law requires that in order to ensure the proper performance of the contract covered by the procedure, the contractor with whom the Contracting Authority signs the contract should assign the necessary number of persons employed under an employment contract throughout the entire period of contract performance for a total of at least 100 years. 25 FTEs.

3. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law up to the amount of 30% of the basic contract in the following cases:

1) The necessity to clean the facilities/areas purchased by the Contracting Authority for the implementation of the tasks of the departments of the Częstochowa City Hall not covered by this subject of the contract, i.e. not listed in the model contract and the annex to the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the specification;

2) The necessity to award the contract after the end of the contract and before the entry into force of the next contract, which will be concluded as a result of the settlement of a new tender for the cleaning service of the Częstochowa City Hall.

The award of the above contracts will be made at the net flat rate per 1 m2 of cleaned area, resulting from the tender offer submitted by the contractor with whom the "basic" contract was concluded and the appropriate VAT rate.
