The subject of this tender is the pre-treatment and recycling of mixed waste delivered to ALL Container-Service GmbH from areas of origin other than private households and which, in accordance with § 4 (1), § 9 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 and § 9 (3) sentence 1 of the Ordinance on the Management of Commercial Municipal Waste and Certain Construction and Demolition Waste of 18.04.2017 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 896), amended by Art. 3 of the Ordinance of 28.04.2022 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 700) (hereinafter referred to as the Commercial Waste Ordinance) must be fed into a pre-treatment plant.

The contractor has to take over non-mineral mixed construction and demolition waste (AVV 17 09 04).
