The subject of the contract is the delivery of office and stationery for the purposes of the Polish Water Farm — Regional Water Management Board in Lublin and subordinate organizational units. A detailed description of the item of the order is provided in the Order Terms Specification.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of office and stationery for the purposes of the Polish Water Farm — Regional Water Management Board in Lublin and subordinate organizational units.

2. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 2 to SWZ, assortment and price form.

3. In the assortment and price form, the quantities of individual materials are only estimates. The final amount of materials will result from the actual needs of the Ordering Party during the period of execution of the order.

4. The Contracting Authority shall, in the event of changing its needs, reserve the possibility of changing the quantities in individual delivery items.

5. Delivery of the object of the order will be carried out successively (partial deliveries according to the needs of the Ordering Party) to the office of the Ordering Party in Lublin,

Leszek Czarny 3. Under the order, the Contractor will also be obliged to bring the goods delivered to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority.

6. All products supplied by the Contractor must have intact characteristics of the original factory packaging, inter alia have the protections applied by the manufacturer. The packaging must be clean, dry, without mechanical damage, ensuring proper quality and durability of the product.

7. If the manufacturer's names, proper names, trademarks, patents or origin of the product are indicated in any place of the assortment and price form, this is only intended to clarify the subject matter of the order. The Contracting Authority shall permit the possibility of delivery of equivalent products. This means that the products supplied by the Contractor should not be inferior to those described by name. The Contracting Authority shall allow any marketable counterparts of products with parameters equal to or better than those given by name in the assortment and price form.
