The tender is carried out for the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment. The aim is to arrive at a single Agreement with one Contractor in an efficient and lawful manner. The conclusion of the Agreement should ensure optimal flexibility and continuity of the provision of high-quality services, giving substance to the objectives of the Interpreting and Translation Services category and the participant-specific objectives.

Based on historical data and the forecast, the scope of interpreting services for the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment is estimated at approximately 3,000 interpreting assignments per year and approximately 6,500 interpreting hours per year.

The maximum purchase is set at 150% of the estimated value, i.e. 39,000 Interpreting Hours for the entire term, including extensions of the Agreement.
