The systems (in batch) must be considered as a whole: the necessary tools, the project management, the licenses... are part of a system. Smals wants simplicity in this area, with (guaranteed) results in terms of availability, performance and functionality being the focus. In this sense, with this market, Smals wants to evolve from purely technical and capacity-based choices to a more results-oriented solution, with the aim of obtaining an even better view of the complete state of the storage environment. This includes better proactive monitoring and alerts to avoid incidents impacting production.
