Dunea wants a one-stop-shop for approximately 550 employees for all education, training and coaching. Dunea must be able to choose from which parties it wishes to purchase training. For the compulsory training courses, a signaling function must be available in which certificates with an expiry date are indicated in good time that this certificate will expire and employees can immediately register for the required training. The Learning Portal offers the possibility to easily search for training courses that fit the training needs (both subject-related and more at competence level) and to register immediately. In addition to supplying and managing the Portal, the contractor must also act as a broker for supplier management and financial settlement. The portal must fit an organization of approximately 550 employees and support the 70-20-10 model.
