1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) collection of municipal waste from property owners residing in the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna; 2) transport of waste referred to in point 1 to the Mixed Waste Sorting Plant and from separate collection, composting plant in m. Sigiełki, 37-418 Krzeszów; 3) establishment and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) collection of municipal waste from property owners residing in the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna; 2) transport of waste referred to in point 1 to the Mixed Waste Sorting Plant and from separate collection, composting plant in m. Sigiełki, 37-418 Krzeszów; 3) establishment and operation of a separate collection point for municipal waste. 3. The Contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of law in force during the term of the contract, in particular: 1) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended); 2) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended); 3) the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122); 4) the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530); 5) the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limiting the storage of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412); 6) Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of separate collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906). 4. The subject of the contract also includes: 1) collection of municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties and their transport to the Mixed Waste Sorting Plant and from separate collection, composting plant in m. Sigiełki, 37 418 Krzeszów; 2) supplying the property with containers, bags and racks for waste collection. 5.
