Bodø Municipality has started a project for the construction of a new Løding Nursery in Bodø Municipality. The project involves the demolition of an existing school building and construction of a new nursery with upgrades to the outside area on the same site. BH intends to carry out the project as a partnering contract. This is a little known method in Bodø Municipality. Based on this, Bodø Municipality, as the builder, would like to join up with an advisor/partnering supervisor with experience and competence from the execution of partnering models, as well as traditional contract models. The engaged advisor will assist Bodø Municipality with the development and preparation of the tender documentation, preparation of contracts, assist with holding contests during the partnering phase, as well as during the construction period until the completion of the project. The engaged advisor must reckon on assisting with further resources as needed, as well as advising the organisations project managers in the early phase and during the contracts.
