2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of the quantities of works

in the areas of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and nursery resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ.

Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply complete abandonment of part of work. They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Redeemment Area.
