As part of construction stage 1 of the New Government Block project, the Directorate of Construction and Property would like to qualify participants who could be interested in submitting a tender for the interaction contract K202 Tower Block.

The tower block is to be renovated to a well-functioning office building for approx. 480 ministry employees, and more employees in the Office of the Prime Minister in a four storey extension on the top. The completed building with 4 new storeys has approx. 18 000 m2.

In addition, a visitors centre could be established next to the tower block/pavilion. This work will be an option to contract K202 the H block.
