1. The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber, meadow and agricultural management, maintenance of educational and tourist facilities to be carried out in the Zlotoryja Forest District in the year 2022.

2. The Contractor shall be bound by the tender for 90 days from the date of the expiry of the deadline for submitting tenders, the first day of the deadline for binding the tender shall be the date on which the submission of tenders expires, i.e. until 07.05.2022.

3. The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract. The scope of the services subject to these orders shall not exceed 50% of the value of this order.
