Service phases 5-9 according to § 55 HOAI with the main focus:
- renovation of the lecture halls A 701-704;
- renovation of the studio stage;
- Installation of a summer heat exchanger in the district heating network;
- renewal of a heating distribution;
- Installation of mechanical smoke extraction.
Construction is scheduled to run from January 2021 to December 2024.
The total construction costs amount to approximately EUR 14.8 million net, of which rounded for:
- KG 410: EUR 96,000 net;
- KG 420: EUR 396,000 net;
- KG 430: EUR 1,020,000 net;
- KG 470: EUR 44,000 net;
- KG 480: EUR 142,000 net.
