This tender concerns the supply of cleaning products, including instructions for use, and eventually taking over stock management.

Cleaning is provided by employees of the Werkleerbedrijf of the Contracting Authority at the locations of the Contracting Authority as well as externally on commercial objects. The employees who take care of the cleaning have a distance to the labor market (level WSW) or follow a work-learning process (WLT). Cleaning uses cleaning materials and resources within its own organization and on commercial assignments. The toiletries and waste bags are exclusively for the Contracting Authority's own use. It is important that cleaning staff can use all materials independently after training.

Upstream wants to conclude a Framework Agreement with one Tenderer.
