The subject of the order is the delivery of automotive fuels (petrol Pb 95, Pb 98 and diesel) in a non-cash sales system, no earlier than 16 September 2021 to 31 January 2024, or until the amount contained in the contract is exhausted whichever comes first.

If the amount of the contract is not used by the time limit, the parties shall allow the possibility of extending the contract by 6 months.

The place of delivery is gas stations located on the territory of Poland. The Contracting Authority does not provide for storage of fuels in its own tanks. The fuel offered must meet the requirements set out in the Polish Liquid Fuel Standards.

The invoicing will cover sales periods: 1-15 and 16 to the last day of the calendar month. The last day of the billing period is considered to be the date of sale.

Unleaded gasoline and diesel fuels must meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels of 9 October 2015 (i.e., OJ of 2015 item 1680, as amended).

During the period of implementation of the contract, the contracting authority provides for the purchase of approximately

— ethylin Pb 95 — 262 952 l,

— ethylin Pb 98 — 28,000 l,

— diesel ON — 72 255 litres.
