The Framework Agreement does not imply a commitment by the Group to purchase a certain volume during the term of the contract.

The estimated value of the procurement amounts to approximately SEK 2 million for the entire framework contract period. This is an estimate based on previous years' volumes. The Group does not commit to any particular volume but the supplier undertakes to deliver on the basis of the Group's actual needs.

The maximum value that may be cancelled throughout the framework contract period is SEK 3 million.
