This consultation concerns the removal, transport and treatment of sludge from wastewater treatment plants operated under direct management: Saint-Frédéric and Saint-Bernard (City of Bayonne), Pont de l'aveugle (City of Anglet), Minhotz (City of Hasparren) and Viodos (Municipalities of Mauleon and Viodos). The services entrusted to the holder will include:- the management of sludge on the treatment plants with a system of sealed closed tipper (s),- the transfer to a treatment site in accordance with the regulations in force- the treatment of all the sludge according to an approved regulatory process
