Woonmaatschappij IJzer & Zee wishes to build social rental and owner-occupied homes and social rental apartments in various phases on the grounds understood between Veurnestraat 35-37 and Nieuwpoortstraat. The intention is to develop 47 homes in phase 1 on the residential expansion area (WUG) and in phase 2 to build an apartment building in the Veurnestraat with about 8 rental apartments.
