The object of the order is to make the delivery of fixtures together with fixtures, installation materials and the installation of supplied street lighting fixtures with LED source, replacement of lighting cabinets in the selected area of the Trawniki Municipality. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 1 to SWZ.
Modernization of street lighting in Trawniki Municipality implemented under the EU co-financed under the Regional Operational Programme of Lublin Voivodeship 2014-2020 Priority Axis 5 Energy efficiency and low carbon economy Action 5.5 Promotion low emissivity includes, among others:
1) the implementation of the project and the arrangement with the local Distribution System Operator - PGE Distribution SA District Lublin - Site, before the start of installation and the conclusion of an agreement with the DSO for cooperation in the modernization of road and street lighting,
2) dismantling 684 pcs of existing fixtures,
3) the supply of street lighting fixtures, in accordance with the complex offer, in place of carrying out installation work in the amount of 740 pcs of LED street fixtures (including: 684 pcs - upgrading existing fixtures + 56 pcs of fixtures on existing lines), having the functionality of variable power profile and group power profile changes. The programming level of the 24 h cycle power supply supplied should take into account both the requirements of the street lighting standard PN-EN 13201 or the equivalent reference system as well as the requirements laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions of the Conditions of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on specific conditions the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws No 93/2007, item 623, as amended),
4) installation of supplied outdoor lighting fixtures on booms and poles according to the “Description of the requirements for performance and functionality of the modernized road lighting system in the Lawniki Municipality” (tables), in the amount of 740 pcs.
5) installation of supply wires (fixture - protection) of approximately 4 m in length for overhead line poles and approx. 12 m for cable line poles,
6) mounting security for all fixtures. For overhead line and cable line: 4A melting insert,
7) replacement of AL/Cu current terminals for all fixtures on overhead lines. At the joint on the non-insulated line, apply a clamp suitable for mounting on non-insulated lines, at the joint on the insulated line, the clamp adapted for mounting on the insulated line,
8) Replacement of booms with galvanized single-arm units for retrofitted fixtures on overhead lines with geometric parameters resulting from photometric calculations, fixed on top and in justifiable cases where mounting at the top is impossible to the side of the pole in the amount of 668 pcs.
9) the supply and installation of 47 pcs of lighting cabinets equipped with remote access light control clocks (e.g. Internet) to light fixtures and their group programming, reactive power compensation system, R+C surge protection, soft start system and with an elevation of 11 pcs of measurement systems outside the transformer station area,
10) Installation and commissioning of a lighting control and management system for fixtures with the ability to transfer data between fixtures and management centre, together with management software. The technical requirements and functionality of lighting fixtures and elements of the lighting surveillance and management system are described in Annex 1 to SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall require that the offer of the control system shall include, for the period of guarantee, the costs of licensing, commissioning, configuration and training of employees to operate
11) making measurements of the effectiveness of anti-paralytic protection,
12) measurements of ground resistance and insulation of wires and cables,
13) the performance of illumination measurements for five sections of modernized lighting indicated by the Ordering Party, and in the event that any of the lighting intensity measurements do not confirm the levels from the submitted offer, a 100% inspection of the retrofitted intensity the lighting covered by the project, at the Contractor's expense, within a period of not more than 14 days,
