Brabant Water wants to develop into an asset management organization that can make data-driven optimal decisions about its real estate portfolio. In total, Brabant Water has 41 locations in which (and just outside) there are approximately 400 objects that differ in size and complexity from each other.

With regard to the architectural outer shell and architectural interior of the objects and the pavements within the fences, Brabant Water wants to work in a new way.

Brabant Water intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with a term of 2 years, with a maximum of 2 times an option to extend by 3 years.
