1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task "Modernization and extension of the sewage treatment plant in Lubliniec, including the extension of the sedimentary part."
The project involves the modernization of existing sewage treatment plants and the construction of new ones related to sludge management and includes, among others:
- construction of a container catchment station,
- modernization of the grate building, combined with the purchase of a preliminary grate, a second basic grate and equipment for transporting, rinsing and draining screenings and a separate screening store,
- modernization of pumping stations, replacement of pumps,
- construction of a double sand pit with the introduction of sand rinsing in a new separator,
- modernization of the biological stage - renovation of existing reinforced concrete structures, reconstruction of chambers with the introduction of a new mixing system, replacement of internal recirculation pumps and aeration control system,
- supplementing the equipment of the blower station,
- construction of a coagulant storage and dosing station

- renovation and securing of secondary settling tank structures with supplementing equipment,
- renovation of the existing sludge pumping station, installation of new pumps,
- construction of a new mechanical thickening system for excessive sludge,
- construction of anaerobic sludge stabilization system,
- construction of a boiler room equipped with two water boilers with space reserve for a cogeneration unit,
- construction of a biogas collection, purification, storage and processing system, consisting of a biogas network with automatic dehydrators, desulphurization plant, biogas tank and flare,
- reconstruction of one of the existing open fermentation pools (change of function to a digestion sludge retention tank),
- construction of sludge dewatering equipment,
- assembly of transport and liming system (together with a lime silo) for dehydrated sludge,
- making a dehydrated sludge receiving node,
- construction of an air biofiltration system, one OBF, dewatering presses, screening container positions, sand,
- construction of a new steering and control system,
- making new technological connections,
- adaptation of the sewage treatment plant communication system "
The sewage treatment plant in Lubliniec, after its modernization (extension and reconstruction) will support the entire sewage network of the Lubliniec agglomeration and sewage transported with the slurry tanker. Biogas produced in the process of fermentation of sewage sludge will be used for heating cubature buildings and for technological purposes.
The project must ensure that the quality of treated wastewater flowing from the wastewater treatment plant in Lubliniec to the receiver will be at least compliant (or better) with the applicable regulations.
The subject of the investment includes demolition and construction of new facilities and modernization (reconstruction and extension) of existing facilities together with the supply of all necessary equipment.
Target amount and quality of wastewater
For the target design load, the RLM treatment plant will be 32,500.
Flow parameters:
- Average daily sewage flow of 7,500 m
- Maximum hourly sewage flow 1 050 m
- Maximum hourly sewage flow 625 m
