for an extension or connecting building with approx. 1,500 m² gross floor area of the "Kita Zwergenland" in Wildau in order to increase the number of childcare places as quickly as possible. The existing houses at Freiheitsstraße 100 and 102 are to be converted for extension and with regard to compliance with applicable technical and structural requirements.
An extremely important requirement of the client is the timely implementation of the measure. The building construction should therefore have a high degree of prefabrication in order to enable a short construction time. The construction time during ongoing use of the daycare center represents a very high burden for all parties involved and must be reduced to a minimum.
The following dates must be ensured:
Submission of the building application May 2024. A 6-month period for obtaining approval from the Dahme-Spreewald district is to be expected.
The commissioning date for the extension is scheduled for 31.12.2026, as this is when the operating permit for the containers ends. The operation of the daycare center must be guaranteed at full capacity at all times during the entire measure.
Planning objective construction costs including conversion costs (excluding KG 600 and 700): EUR 3,350,000.00 net.
