ISW Hoogeland is a school for secondary education in Naaldwijk. In the short term and at the latest before the summer holidays of 2023, ISW Hoogeland wants to have realized temporary housing (THV) in the form of semi-permanent classrooms on the forecourt of the school. In any case, the assignment includes the complete design, elaboration, delivery and installation/realization and ready-to-use delivery of the THV in a modular system, including foundation. It concerns high-quality THV (Fresh Schools B indoor climate and acoustics, appearance matching the current school building), using robust and maintenance-free materials. The gross area of the THV is approximately 704 m² GFA on isw Hoogeland's own plot in one storey. The assignment includes the preparation and submission of an admissible application for an environmental permit and application for a user permit/notification, including all the necessary studies and reports as well as the preparation and care of the necessary NUTS connections, etc. See the registration guide and annexes for further information.
