The municipality of Leeuwarden is looking for a new system based on SaaS for the subsidy process.

The reason for this European tender is the fact that Stratech is no longer supported by the current supplier as of 1 January 2024 and, moreover, no longer meets the requirements and wishes of the municipality.

In addition to the delivery of the system, the assignment also consists of implementing the new software, supervising the design and training users.

In addition to replacing the current system, the Municipality wants the new system to contribute to process optimization.
