1. The subject of the contract is the supply and assembly of photovoltaic installations on four public buildings and the assembly of one energy storage and a ground heat pump along with the execution of boreholes and installation of vertical collectors for heating the building in the Wisznice Commune (Installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of at least 19 kW on the building of the Environmental Self-Help House in Wisznice, Installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of min. 24 kW on the social building at the stadium sports in Wisznice, Installation of photovoltaic installation with a capacity of min. 19 kW on the building of the Wisznice Commune Office in Wisznice, Installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of at least 49 kW on the building of the Care and Treatment Facility in Curyn, Installation of a heat pump in the building of the Care and Treatment Facility in Curyna. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including technical and material solutions and works to be performed are described in the documentation and bill of quantities

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and assembly of photovoltaic installations on four public buildings and the installation of one energy storage and a ground heat pump along with the execution of boreholes and installation of vertical collectors for heating the building in the Municipality of Wisznice.

2. The subject of the contract is implemented as part of the project entitled "Renewable energy in the municipality of Wisznice" co-financed from the Government Fund Polish Ład: Strategic Investment Program.

3. The subject of the contract will be carried out in four locations on the basis of documentation covering the scope of work:

1) "Installation of a photovoltaic installation on the building of the Environmental Self-Help House in Wisznice". The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of a photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 19kW. The scope includes the execution of a photovoltaic installation consisting of the following elements: steel structures for the installation of photovoltaic panels mounted to the roof, photovoltaic panels, inverters, direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) cabling.

2) "Installation of a photovoltaic installation on a social building at a sports stadium in Wisznice". The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of a photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 24kW. The scope includes the execution of a photovoltaic installation consisting of the following elements: steel structures for the installation of photovoltaic panels mounted to the roof, photovoltaic panels, inverters, direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) cabling.

3) "Installation of a photovoltaic system on the building of the Wisznice Commune Office in Wisznice". The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of a photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 19kW. The scope includes the execution of a photovoltaic installation consisting of the following elements: steel structures for the installation of photovoltaic panels mounted to the roof, photovoltaic panels, inverters, direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) cabling.

4) "Installation of a photovoltaic installation on the building of the Care and Treatment Facility in Curyn". The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of a hybrid photovoltaic installation, i.e. cooperating with the power grid and enabling island operation in the event of a power outage from the network, with a minimum power of 49 kW. The scope includes the execution of a photovoltaic installation consisting of the following elements: steel structures for the installation of photovoltaic panels mounted to the roof, photovoltaic panels, inverters, direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) cabling, batteries with a total nominal system energy of at least 100kWh. The scope of work includes the preparation of the room for the assembly of batteries.

5) "Installation of a heat pump in the building of the Care and Treatment Facility in Curyna". The subject of the contract is the installation of brine-water heat pumps in a cascade system, consisting of two units with a capacity of min. 145.0kW (dual compressor unit) and min. 117.2kW (two-compressor unit), specified for B0/W35, for the needs of central heating and DHW of the building. As part of the investment, buffer tanks with a total capacity of min. 3000dm3. Lower source of heat pumps based on 50 ground probes with a length of 99m each. Vertical wells divided into three sections consisting of 15, 16 and 19 probes each. Probes within each section combined in the connection well. Entrance of pipelines to the building through a hole in the wall of the building. The scope of work includes the dismantling and reconstruction of existing concrete pavements.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including technical and material solutions and works to be performed, are described in the documentation and bill of quantities constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

5. The heat pump, energy storage and photovoltaic installations shall be capable of being connected to an external BMS.
