The object of this contract is the outsourcing of “post payroll” services linked to legal, social and fiscal obligations towards public administrations and towards employees.

The STIB itself takes care of the payroll management. The production of all outputs related to post-payroll legal, social and fiscal obligations (DMFA, FinProf and Belcotax) have been entrusted to a service provider since 2017. Declarations and documents are generated from the SAP HR IT system of the STIB. The service provider works without a mandate, and from the SAP software of STIB.
