The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law – hereinafter referred to as the 'PPL Law' – and implementing regulations issued on its basis,
Pursuant to Article 139 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the bids, and then make the subjective selection of the contractor whose bid was rated the highest,
in the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
The contracting authority informs that, pursuant to Article 257 of the PPL, it may cancel the procurement procedure in question if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it.
Part 1 Maintenance of the Zgłowiączka River at km 0+000 – 6+642 in the city of WłocławekThe scope of work includes m.in .:
- Mowing lichens from slopes and the bottom of watercourses with raking and removal,
- Manual mowing of dense hard lichens from the slopes, crown and canopy of 3 retention reservoirs along with the communication route on the
- Raking mowed lichens from slopes, crowns of reservoirs, communication routes and canopy of retention reservoirs
- Extraction of sheepskin of floating plants with export,
- Cutting out suckers of trees and bushes with removal,
- Cleaning of pipe culverts from silt,
- Removal of dams from the bottom of the watercourse with partial deposit on the shore and export,
- Environmental supervision preceding maintenance works.
The scope and scale of maintenance works for individual parts are not the same and have been specified individually for individual parts and described in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the contract and in the Draft provisions of the contract (Annex 6 to the SWZ).
Not all assortments, listed above, fall within each part of the order.
Part 2 Maintenance of the Bętlewianka River and retention reservoirs located along the river.The scope of work includes m.in .:
