1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the Railway Replacement Service (KKZ), the subject of the contract has been divided into five parts A, B, C.

2. The order was divided into the following parts, hereinafter referred to as "Tasks":

In Part A, the tasks of KKZ will be carried out on the following sections: Kraków Płaszów - Wadowice - Kraków Płaszów.

In Part B, the tasks of KKZ will be carried out on the following sections: Krakow Płaszów - Nowy Targ - Kraków Płaszów.

In Part C, the tasks of KKZ will be carried out on the following sections: Kraków Główny - Trzebinia - Jaworzno Szczakowa - Kraków Główny, Krakow Główny - Podłęże, Kraków Główny - Kraków Płaszów - Kraków Główny.

In Part A, the tasks of KKZ will be carried out on the following sections on time:

Krakow Płaszów - Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Lanckorona - Kraków Płaszów between October 20 and December 14, 2019; Kraków Płaszów - Wadowice - Kraków Płaszów between October 20 and December 14, 2019;

The volume of the contract is about 97 370 km

In part B, the tasks of KKZ will be carried out on the following sections within the time limit:

Krakow Płaszów - Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Lanckorona - Sucha Beskidzka - Chabówka - Nowy Targ - Kraków Płaszów between October 20 and December 14, 2019.

The order volume is approximately 241,800 km

In Part C, the tasks of KKZ will be carried out on the following sections within the time limit:

Kraków Główny - Trzebinia between October 20 and 14 December 2019, Kraków Główny - Jaworzno Szczakowa - Kraków Główny between October 20 and December 14, 2019, Krzeszowice - Trzebinia - Krzeszowice on October 27, 2019; Kraków Główny - Kraków Płaszów - Kraków Główny between October 20 and December 14, 2019, and Kraków Główny - Podłęże between October 21 and December 13, 2019 in (D).

The volume of the contract is about 31 700 km.
