Specialist planning of structural design.

The state enterprise Saxon real estate and construction management branch Bautzen plans the comprehensive energetic and monument-appropriate refurbishment of the building stock of the fishery authority with fishing school of the Saxonian state office for environment, agriculture and geology in Königswartha.

The subject of the contract to be awarded are planning services of the structural design for the following sub-objects:

1) reconstruction and renovation of school and dormitory buildings;

2) reconstruction and renovation of the castle building;

3) conversion and renovation feeder barn and orangery.

In addition to the necessary use-related conversions and extensions, the buildings are planned to undergo a comprehensive, energy-saving renovation in accordance with the EE-ERDF funding program.

For the construction project there is a feasibility study in quality of a decision document (ES), which in addition to the energetic and monument-appropriate refurbishment of the building stock also includes the development of an overarching concept for the energy supply and the rearrangement of the adjacent outdoor facilities including refurbishment of the pond.

The project is scheduled to start in October 2019 and completion in September 2025.

The total cost estimate calculated in preparation for this procedure is approximately EUR 12 091 000.00 gross for the KG 200-600.
