The contract includes the implementation of the above services together with materials for applications for obtaining administrative decisions, including decisions on environmental conditions (DŚU), decisions on the permission to implement a road investment (ZRID) for the investment task in question. In addition, the scope of the contract includes preparing answers to questions of the Contractors of works and making possible modifications of the developed documents during the tender procedure for the implementation of works and carrying out author's supervision at the stage of works implementation.

The contract includes: map for design purposes and its possible update, conceptual design, construction and executive design, environmental studies necessary for proper preparation and implementation of the task, documentation for the application for a ZRID decision, including maps with division projects real estate, preparation of geotechnical documentation and research results on the existing pavement structure, preparation of technical specifications, bills, cost estimates, investor's cost estimate, preparation of answers to Contractors' questions and possible modification of developed documents during the tender procedure for the implementation of works according to the ToR requirements, designation of division projects on the ground and marking the borders with PD columns and the implementation of the second stage of division works - disclosure of changes in the records of land and buildings, exercising author's supervision about.
